Twitter Blue. It may be expensive, but it’s not necessary
Users can access Twitter Blue through the Twitter app by tapping on the profile icon in the upper left corner and looking for the blue icon that signifies a subscription service. The subscription service includes features such as better visibility in replies and search results, less ads on the timeline (coming soon), the ability to upload longer and higher resolution videos, access to all Blue features, including editing tweets and Bookmark folders, and early access to experimental functions, as well as in the future the possibility of connecting an NFT profile picture that will have a hexagonal frame instead of a round one.

For users who purchase Twitter Blue through the Android or iOS app, the cost is PLN 49 per month or PLN 514.99 for an annual subscription. On the other hand, users who purchase a subscription via the browser can access Twitter Blue for PLN 36 per month or PLN 374.99 for an annual subscription. The difference in prices is due to the fact that the Google Play Store and Apple App Store charge a commission when Twitter Blue is purchased through their platforms. The problem is that Twitter in the browser gives the price without VAT, so the prices are really: PLN 44 per month or PLN 461 per year. Still cheaper, but not so much.
Although Twitter Blue offers a number of more or less needed features, its value will be different for each user depending on their needs and how they use the platform. Therefore, everyone should carefully consider whether Twitter Blue is worth the cost before purchasing a subscription. For me personally – no. This price is higher than, for example, an annual Microsoft 365 Family subscription with 1 TB of OneDrive cloud, Office package and the possibility of sharing the service with 5 people, each of whom gets their own 1 TB and their office applications. But if Elon Musk introduces the idea of limiting the number of tweets per day and limiting their visibility, people using Twitter professionally may have no choice. Only strange will be this world agora of free exchange of thoughts with ticketed admission and paying for visibility. Not very egalitarian.
