The Witcher 3 with a boxed release for PS5 and Xbox Series S/X. CD Projekt confirms the leaks

Mid-December The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has received an update created for PC and next-gen consoles. It introduced, among other things, improved graphics, some gameplay changes (including a new camera and an alternative character casting mode) and the ability to play in 4K resolution or 60 frames per second. There was also new content in the form of an additional task or armor inspired by the Netflix series.

The update can be downloaded free of charge by all owners of the digital or physical edition of the game. Soon, however, there will be another option in the form of the possibility to buy a boxed edition for the PS5 or Xbox Series S/X console. Some time ago it appeared in the offer of one of the Polish stores, and now its existence has been officially confirmed by the creators.

Boxed releases The Witcher 3 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X will debut later this month. The release date of this edition is set for January 26.
