As reported by Deadline, Amazon Prime Video and the BBC are working together on the second season of the series Night receptionist. Tom Hiddleston is set to reprise his role as Jonathan Pine. Filming is set to begin later in 2023 and will be shot in London and South America.

Deadline refers here to its proven and confirmed sources. Amazon and the BBC have yet to give the green light, but it’s a formality. They are to immediately order the production of two seasons.
David Farr, the writer of the previous series, will write the scripts for the new season. The story will be set in the present day and will take place two years after the events of the first series finale. Pine will face a much deadlier challenge.
No more information has been released at the moment. Ordering two seasons at once is probably related to the schedule of Tom Hiddleston, who, thanks to his success in the MCU, is a sought-after actor.
