On the occasion of Women’s Day, we decided to gather for you the toughest girls in pop culture. If you don’t know them yet, it’s worth changing that. Each of our candidates has permanently signed up on the cards of cinema and television. Some of them tirelessly hunted vampires, while others survived Game of Thrones. And this is just the beginning. Check out the results of the ranking below and find out who took first place.
What were the rules for creating the ranking? Heroines from both movies and TV series qualified for the list, but only acting productions were taken into account. What’s more, we could only choose one character from each title to make it as diverse as possible. By tough girls, we mean strong female characters, so not only those who can boast of a strong right hook, but also those who are able to survive in extremely difficult conditions or rule a ruthless fashion world or kingdom. In addition, the candidates must be characters that most viewers know, because they have become an inseparable part of pop culture.
