According to an insider, the film has a title Star Wars: Heir to the Empirei.e. simply Star Wars: Heir to the Empire. This is not a surprise at all for fans following Filoni’s statements and what he showed in the trailer for the series Star Wars: Ahsoka. Filoni openly says that Grand Admiral Thrawn will be the main villain of these stories. He also emphasized the strong inspirations of the cult book that saved Star Wars from oblivion in 1994, i.e. Heir to the Empire Timothy Zahn. It is therefore possible that both the series and its film will draw on this story and some plot solutions may appear on the screen.
