Stadia ends its life, but gets a new game and an important update

Google Stadia ends. The service will stay disabled on January 18so next Wednesday. However, this does not prevent us from quickly releasing another game – Worm Game. This is an arcade title that is available for free to all Stadia users. There is not much time to play, because the title will only be active until the day the service is turned off.

Worm Game is a modest production where we tested a lot of features, starting well before our public launch in 2019, all the way to 2022. It probably won’t win Game of the Year, but our team spent a lot of time on it and thought we’d share it with you. With the shutdown of Google Stadia, the controller will be updated. All so that after Wednesday, January 18, the pad is not just a piece of unnecessary electronic scrap and plastic, but a functional gaming tool.

Google announced that it will receive support for Bluetooth technology, thanks to which it can be connected, for example, to a PC and play video games through it.

The Mountain View giant will start the refund process for purchased productions, add-ons and Stadia controllers after January 18.
