Rings of Power – will we see a different Galadriel in Season 2? The actress comments

Galadriel was one of the most commented characters on the show The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power. Some fans accused her of not behaving like a representative of her race. In the season premiere, Galadriel wanted to take revenge on her brother’s death and track down Sauron, sensing his growing power. For most of the season, Galadriel co-starred with Halbrand, played by Charlie Vickers, helping to forge the Rings of Power.

Morfydd Clark in an interview with The Wrap, she talked about season 2, and although she did not reveal any plot details, she did reveal that viewers can expect a completely different Galadriel in the new episodes.

Last time she had something of a mental crisis and was quite focused on her goal. And now he also thinks a little about the rest of the world and can find joy in different things, despite the darkness. It was really great fun. But also, again, doing lots of fun stunts and lots of other things, which I enjoy immensely.

Can the above statement be interpreted as a reaction to fan criticism? Or is it natural character development? Maybe we’ll find out in the new episodes of the series. The premiere date of the second season of the Amazon Prime series is not yet known.
