Guy Ritchie is a popular British screenwriter and film director who has produced such productions as Scam, Sherlock Holmes if Gentlemen. The creator was hired by Cartier to shoot a commercial for the company’s watch line, Tank Francaise. Ritchie enlisted an Oscar winner for the project Rami Malek and the legend of French cinema, Catherine Deneuve. You can check out what came out of their collaboration below.
As we read in the official description of the advertisement, it expresses the avant-garde spirit and connects us with Paris, its freedom and creativity, which the New Wave cinema has captured so well. Malek plays a man who tries to capture Deneuve over the years.
