Ghosted – the Polish title is amazing. Creativity has gone in a strange direction
Movie Ghosted will be available on the Apple TV+ streaming platform under the Polish title Date, no pickup. Both titles will be even more problematic if the show is successful and continues. Then there will be quite a big problem in shaping the titles.
A date, no reception – description of the plot
Ordinary guy Cole (Chris Evans) falls in love with the enigmatic Sadie (Ana de Armas), but soon makes the shocking discovery that she is a secret agent. Before they can go on a second date, Cole and Sadie go on an international adventure to save the world.
The authors of the script are Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese, who we know well from both parts of Deadpool’s adventures. They are assisted by Chris McKenna (Spider-Man: Far From Home). Behind the camera is Dexter Fletcher (rocketman).
The main roles are played by Ana de Armas and Chris Evans. The cast also includes Amy Sedaris, Adrien Brody, Tim Blake Nelson, Marwan Kenzari and Mike Moh.
Date, no pickup – The premiere on the Apple TV+ platform will take place on April 21, 2023.
