Games are coming for the launch of PlayStation VR2!

Sony’s upcoming PlayStation VR2 is on track to have a decent number of titles on offer in its first year on the market. In addition to the games already announced for the second-generation VR headset, Sony has revealed an additional 13 titles, including several that will be available in the first month of the device’s launch window.
Titles from popular brands such as No Man’s Sky, Resident Evil Village and Horizon Call of the Mountain promise to be a hit. There will also be a free PS VR2 update for Gran Turismo 7 on launch day.

Polyphony Digital announces that the GT7 will take full advantage of the next-gen features of the VR headset, including eye tracking and foveated rendering, i.e. reducing the number of polygons in objects at the edge of the field of view. Two-player split-screen races will not support VR, but all other race modes, including online competition, are expected to be available.
NFL Pro Era is the first fully licensed VR game under the NFL and NFLPA licenses. Players will have to see if they have what it takes to lead their favorite team to the Super Bowl – or opt for something more relaxing like playing soccer with friends in a recognizable stadium.
Kayak VR: Mirage will also be coming to PS VR2. This simulator, which premiered last summer, impresses primarily with its visual setting. You can swim alongside dolphins in Costa Rica, explore ice caves in Antarctica or soak up the rays in the canyons of Australia – all with photorealistic graphics and rich soundtracks that help bring together this immersive VR wildlife experience.
Sony’s PlayStation VR2 will launch on February 22 for €599.99 and will include a VR headset, a pair of Sense controllers, and stereo headphones. The full line-up of games provided in the launch window is as follows:
