Ezra Miller in court. The actor agrees with the prosecutor’s office

As reported by the media, despite the fact that in October 2022 Ezra Miller pleaded not guilty at the beginning of the trial, now it is coming to an end and thus this guilt has been imputed in a sense. We read that the actor made a settlement with the prosecutor’s office, under which he received a lesser charge in the form of trespassing on someone’s premises. Previously, there were also charges of burglary and theft itself, because Miller took three bottles of alcohol from the property.
Ezra Miller – what threatens the actor?
As a result of this one charge, Ezra Miller would have had to pay a fine of up to $500, but a verdict has yet to be issued after a settlement. Plus, under Vermont law, he would have faced three months in prison. Had burglary remained in effect, he would have faced up to 25 years in prison or a $1,000 fine.
