Hugh Jackman he is an experienced actor, so he knows perfectly well that if he posts anything on social media, the whole world will discuss it and interpret it in all kinds of ways. So when he posted the following photo of Deadpool’s mask in his stories and Wolverine’s mask from his iconic comic book costume lying next to him, the discussion is endless. This is of course far from confirming that Logan will appear in Deadpool 3 in a comic book costume, but it looks like there’s something to it. Earlier rumors had suggested that this costume would be coming. So far, Hugh Jackman’s character has never appeared in this outfit, but he himself appeared in the film wolverine in the alternate ending scene. The author of the mask in the photo is Boss Logic.

Hugh Jackman also revealed that once the decision to return to the role was made, he immediately spoke to James Mangold, the director of Logan: Wolverine, about it.
