Cobra Kai – it wasn’t Netflix who made the decision to end the story on season 6. Will there be a spin-off series?

Cobra Kai is the sequel to the film series karate kid, which tells the story of Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence. The two set up a new dojo to teach karate to young people to help them find their way in life. The competition moves to schools and to the mats of the All Valley Tournament. They returned to their roles Ralph Macchio, William Zabka and Martin Kove, Yuji Okumoto and Thomas Ian Griffith.
In January, it was announced that the series would end with season 6. Fans felt disappointed by Netflix’s decision. However, it turns out that it was not the platform that decided that the story of Daniel and Johnny and their students will end in the upcoming series. Jon Hurwitz, one of the creators of the series, revealed how it was in reality, answering a question from one Twitter user about his reaction to it when he found out that they would shoot the final season Cobra Kai.
Netflix didn’t tell us it was the final season. We were the ones who told them it was the last season. We always wanted to finish Cobra Kai on our own terms and . This will be the first feature-length film in the franchise since the 2010 reboot starring Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan. There are no developers involved in this project Cobra Kai.
