Tim Burton returns behind the film camera Beetlejuice 2a Winona Ryder returns to the role of Lydia. The first photos from the set in the UK show us what Ryder looks like Lydia years later. After all, 35 years have passed since the first part.

Details of the plot of the sequel are completely unknown at the moment. The cast also includes Jenna Ortega as Lydia’s daughter, Justin Theroux, Willem Dafoe, reprising her role as Catherine O’Hara, Michael Keaton and Monica Bellucci.
The authors of the current version of the script are Alfred Gough and Miles Millar. Burton worked with the duo on the series they created Wednesday. Earlier versions were written by Seth Grahame-Smith and David Katzenberg. They are both producers. Burton produces with Tommy Harper, Mark Toberoff and David Geffen.
Beetlejuice 2 – premieres on September 6, 2024 in cinemas.
